Tender Details

The consultation concerns the energy renovation and accessibility work at the Clotilde Vaultier college in Rennes. The purpose of this contract is to carry out the following services: - The implementation of renovation works significant energy costs as part of an energy and environmental performance approach. - Improving the image and perception of the college in its environment by treating the facades; - Improving student comfort through reconstruction of the extension-rehabilitation of the courtyard; - Treatment of accessibility for people with reduced mobility of the site and buildings. - The treatment of exterior spaces which includes the redevelopment of the courtyard, deconstruction and repositioning of a new bike shelter and the treatment of the square and the creation of new toilet blocks. The administrative and technical specifications are detailed in the CCAP and the CCTP. The work will take place in a busy environment. With reference to article L. 2111-1 of the public procurement code taking into account sustainable development and its social aspect, the Department of Ille et Vilaine implements, whenever possible, within the framework of its contracts, a system aimed at promote employment.
