This contract is part of the "2020-2024 public housing renovation plan" and concerns the energy renovation and bringing into conformity of 47 housing units, divided into 39 3-bedroom houses and 8 1-bedroom "duplex" apartments:
oInsulation of facades from the outside (brickets coating)
oReplacement of the roof covering
oReplacement of wooden joinery
oCompliance of ventilation
oRenovation of bathrooms for 6 duplexes
The work will take place on an occupied site.
On the occasion of this contract, the The adjudicator wishes:
- to fight against dumpingsocial and social fraud;
- strengthen social cohesion and sustainable development by carrying out training, integration or socio-professional integration efforts through the use of a flexible social clause;
- The adjudicator reserves the right to right to proceed with the repetition of worksimilar projects by negotiated procedure, in accordance with article 42, § 1, 2, b), of the law of 06/17/2016 relating to public contracts and this on all the heritage cities included in the Plan of Renovation 2020-2024 of Centr'Habitat (See CSC).
