Meeting point: Silvio Gesell Strasse n°13 in 4780 SAINT-VITH. There Participation in this visit is possible only by registration. Registration must be done at least 1 working day before the visit. If no one comes forward within these deadlines, the visit will not take place. Registration: by email, at the address [email protected]. A site visit is mandatory for lot 1, under penalty of nullity of the offer. A site visit is not obligatory for lots 2 and 3, however bidders wishing to submit an offer for these lots only, can participate in the visit. PURPOSE OF THE CONTRACT: The purpose of the contract is the energy renovation of 12 social housing units, which will remain occupied during the work. Housing after work must comply with health and safety standards. THE contract includes work relating to: - Insulation and replacement of roof coverings; - Insulation and cladding/plastering of facades (only for the 5 Silvio Gesell Strasse housing units); - Replacement of frames, doors and gates outdoor garages; - Installation of ventilation (C+ system); - The replacement of the individual oil heating system with a propane gas system (only for the 7 rooms...
