Energy performance contract for public lighting in the commune of cugy

this invitation to tender concerns the establishment of an energy performance contract (epc) for the public lighting of the municipality of cugy. The contract awarding company will thus have to assume the necessary investment for the renewal and optimization of the public lighting installations, the studies, the execution of the works (including theis under the counter of 8 cabinets, the replacement of matt, cablages and cabinets obsoletes, and the civil engineering associates, in particular for the refection of bases), the maintenance and the invoices corresponding to the electrical consumption over 15 years, and this by respecting the construction constraints indicated for each zone in these specifications.
