The subject of the order are construction works consisting in the construction of a PV installation consisting of photovoltaic (PV) panels along with connection to the internal electrical installation of volunteer fire brigade buildings in the Przygodzice commune through main switchboard in the following towns: Antonin, Bogufałów, Przygodzice, Przygodzice, Topola Wielka, Wysocko Małe, Smardów, Czarnylas and Dębnica. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of exercising the option right, in accordance with Art. 441 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, consisting in: on the installation of energy storage in individual locations. The possibility of exercising the option right will depend on available financial resources. The Ordering Party reserves the right to exercise the option right to an incomplete extent. In case failure to exercise the option right by the Ordering Party, the Contractor is not entitled to any claims in this respect.
