PTE AOK Biophysics building energetic modernization

The subject public procurement procedure is aimed at the energetic modernization of the AOK Biophysics building of the University of Pecs, according to the task description and requirements detailed belowt.

The purpose of the planned renovation is to improve the energy quality of the building.

Demolition works:

•Demolition works (including building mechanical, building electrical, weak current specialist areas) required for thermal insulation of the building envelope and the replacement of windows and doors.

Construction works:

•areplacement of certain doors and windows (installation of 23 new doors and windows)
