Carbon neutral goals, the use of renewable energy and ensuring and promoting energy efficiency are an important part of the Senate's social responsibility and strategic goals. Senate's goal is to be a pioneer in the real estate industry in energy efficiency activities in maintenance and construction.
Senaati is committed to the national carbon neutrality program and its emission targets. The long-term goal of carbon neutrality is to achieve carbon neutral rental by 2030, and the Senate is responsible for ensuring that the offices used by the state are carbon neutral by 2035. Lthe goal of the coming years is to halve maintenance's carbon dioxide emissions by 2025 and significantly reduce construction's emissions.
The Senate's energy audit program will focus on the property base that is central to its energy use and will promote the Senaatti Group's energy use-related sachieving strategic goals.
The energy inspection service is included as part of the maintenance process of the building stock and it supports the realization of site-specific energy consumption goals and the energy saving goal of the building stock attached to the energy efficiency agreement (TETS).
Energiakatstajakumppan's role is to act as an expert in the promotion of the energy efficiency of the Senate's real estate stock in accordance with the service description. The service provider can order individual or larger inspection units as well as other reports.
