The system will serve the public in providing access to documents prepared for the given building by energy specialists. The system will solve the complex agenda of energy specialists according to Act No. 406/2000 Coll., on energy management, as amended, from the receipt of requests for authorization for the performance of the activity of an energy specialist or its recognition, the organization and holding of professional examinations, the issuing of decisions according to the administrative regulations, the support of ongoing education activities of energy specialists, SEI inspections, etc. The system covers the complete agenda for submitting reports (PENB, audits, etc.).
System it will be connected to basic registers and other state administration systems (ROB, ROS, Land Registry/RUIAN, Citizen Identity, CAAIS, criminal register, REZA, SFŽP system). The system will use the connection of systems, for example, to verify the identity of the building owner before making data and documents available.
The system will allow energy consumption monitoring to create a robust platform for public and state institutions to monitor their energy consumption and provide an overview of the building stock owned by these institutions in order to improve public sector energy management. The system will also be used for monitoring savings measures implemented in order to fulfill the obligation under Article 8 of Directive 2023/1791 of the European Parliament and of the Council on energy efficiency.
