Nature of Requirement: To contract with CPP Wind Engineering Consultants through a Smart Labs process to implement a Labs2Zero program through International Institute for Sustainable Laboratories (I2SL) to minimize energy consumption while maintaining or even increasing safety with focus on Chemistry East, Chemistry West, CCIS, NREF, CMEB, ECERF/ETLC, Li Ka Shing and Katz Centre facilities. Specifics include:•Smart Labs Phase 1A Qualitative Scoping Assessment•Smart Labs Phase 1B Quantitative Scoping Assessment•Smart Labs Fan Energy Optimization-Dispersion Modeling•Smart Labs Fan Energy Optimization-ImplementationJustification: The Labs2Zero program through 12SL is to our knowledge the only organization with a sufficient suite of tools to decarbonize lab and research facilities. The Labs2Zero program is both new and unique and to our knowledge the team members which form part of CPP Wind Engineering Consultants are the only ones with the technical skill set necessary to implement a Labs2Zero program.
