The City of Anaheim (\"Anaheim\") Public Utilities Department (\"APU\") seeks proposals for Energy and Water Efficiency Residential Programs and Direct Install Services.APU offers a variety of residential energy and water efficiency programs, income-qualified programs, and dusk-to-dawn lighting programs that aim to improve home efficiency, reduce customers- utility costs, and enhance overall quality of life.Among these efforts is a program called the Home Utility Check-Up, which provides over 400 residents each year with a no-cost home assessment of their energy and water usage. As part of this service, residents receive complementary energy and water efficiency measures, and an easy-to-understand report that summarizes the assessment of the home-s electricity and water usage, along with information on causes of high usages, such as water leaks, electrical devices causing demand spikes, and similar contributors that increase their usage and utility costs. Residents are provided recommendations to improve the efficiency of their home and lower their utility bills.Another program APU offers is the Dusk-to-Dawn Lighting program, where income-qualified residents can receive no-cost direct installation of exterior security lights. This program supports over 400 customers per year, and has positively impacted community safety and energy efficiency. To continue offering these programs along with program enhancements, APU is seeking proposals from qualified RESPONDENT(s) to provide the following:(1) Program administration of residential energy and water efficiency assessments, and a secure cloud-based software solution for program tracking; (2) Direct installation and distribution of energy and water efficiency products;(3) Direct installation of dusk-to-dawn lighting fixtures for income qualified residents; and(4) Perform miscellaneous tasks as directed by APU related to the services sought.
