The 4 year tender has been recently awarded

The contractor is to develop a suitable Energy
Accounting & Auditing System (EAASY)based
on the conceptual basis of the old system with
the utilization of the latest technology.
The process simulation model based application
will Account and Audit the Energy Consumption
across KOC facilities . The role of process
simulation will be to analyze the health of critical
process equipment and constraints of operation
in the Gathering Centers(GCs) and Booster
Stations (BSs). Process model shall be used to
account for the energy consumption based on
the current performance while the audit will be
against the expected performance within the
GCs/BSs
