The purpose of the present Tender Procedure is to conclude three (3) Framework Agreements for each consumption group (Stedin Huisvesting, DNWG Warmte and Stedin Assetmanagement) of the Client, whereby only the General Purchasing Conditions of Stedin Group dated 1 January 2020 apply.ng on the Framework Agreements.
The Client intends to award three (3) individual Framework Agreements so that the individual consumption groups can choose their own Connections after the initial term (see paragraph 3.4).
