The municipality of Groningen is conducting a wide exploration for a battery and solar power installation on land on behalf of Energiebedrijf Groningen BV. With the concrete goal of the realization of Energiepark Meerstad Noord. We want to get a good picture of the current price level for testing the financial principles, knowing whether our principles and requirements described in the market consultation are available and complete and finally receive tips and advice about where we can save on the investment, management and maintenance.
