Part I: Öveges Kálmán Gyakorló Primary School II. part: MÉK College - Buildings A and B, Machine Building III. part: MÉK - Cheese factory warehouse, Service building, Museum The object of this investment is Széchenyi in Győr Energetic renovation of the ÖVEGES KÁLMÁN VOCATIONAL SCHOOL BUILDING of István University. Heated floor area: 3109 m2 Main quantities: Technical content of the renovation carried out within the framework of KEHOP: - Partial replacement of facade doors and windows o Wood structure doors and windows with heat-insulating glazing: 44 doors and windows, 142.10 m2 surface area, U=1.10 W/m2K thermal transmittance value (most unfavorable) o Plastic structure doors and windows with heat-insulating glazing: 85 doors and windows, 175.74 m2 surface area, U=1.10 W/m2K heat transmittance value value (least favorable) in the case of replaced doors and windows.
