The purpose of consultation is to the award of a global performance market, in application of Article L. 2171-3 of the public procurement code, relating to the energy performance of technical installations and the realization of energy performance work on the accommodation of collective residential buildings of the GBM Lodge Lodge Real estate stock, whose perimeter is defined in Article 2 of the need for the definition of needs.

Part of the buildings is concerned by services for design and carrying out actions to improve energy performance.

The services will be precisely detailed in the program, and integrate:

Energy performance ol'Amaliration (APE), accompanied by a performance commitment;

OLD Management of installations;

les Services of type P1: Supply of transformed energy or fuel by the operator;

OLS Services P2 type: driving and maintenance of installations with guarantee of result;

Ocs type P3: Total warranty which covers large maintenance and equipment renewal services;

ols awareness -raising actions for users and staff;

OLE MARCH IS OBJECTIVES PERFORMANCE CLOSEDS Defined in terms of level of energy efficiency or ecological incidence. It includes measurable performance commitments.
