M.V.Cargo LLC is conducting a tender among suppliers of electrical equipment, as a result of which a contract for further cooperation will be concluded with the company. When submitting an offer, indicate the terms of delivery of the goods. Preferred payment terms: 100% post-payment within 20 working days from receiving the goods according to the invoice. We also ask you to add quality certificates. The following information is required for the verification of the enterprise and the conclusion of the contract by the financial department: Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs (dated in the current year). Copy VAT payer's certificate . Articles of association . certificate from the bank on opening a bank account. . Copy of pages 1-7 of the passport of the head of the enterprise, personally certified by the signature of the owner of the passport; . Consent to the processing of personal data (see the appendix) . Copy of the order appointing a director / trustee, which represents the interests of the supplier / other documents certifying the authority of the director; .
