1. The subject of the order is: Delivery of an endourological laser including: a. delivery of a brand new endourological laser, manufactured after January 1, 2025, together with software and necessary equipment. The delivered laser must be free from any physical (design) and legal defects, fully meeting the essential requirements, placed on the market and put into use in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices (marketing authorization certificates, declaration of conformity, documents informing about marking products with the CE mark); b. installation of the laser at the destination, start-up includes: configuration, control of operating parameters, providing the necessary documentation required by regulations. c. providing instructions to employees the Ordering Party regarding the safe use and proper operation of the delivered device. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ.
