Tender Details

Tender are invited for NYEIS is a centralized, web-based system that electronically manages EIP administrative tasks and provides for the exchange of information among municipalities, EIP providers, and State administrators. This system is designed to support EIP service delivery, provider approval, and financial, administration, and management activities at both the local and state levels. These activities include initial intake, evaluation, eligibility determination, Individualized Family Service Plan development, service provision, and capture of Medicaid and third party insurance information. Also, EIP providers enter claims data into NYEIS to request reimbursement for EI services provided. Effective April 1, 2013, the Department began utilizing a State Fiscal Agent (SFA) for fiscal management and payment of EIP claims. Claims data is initially entered in NYEIS and then transmitted to the SFA for fiscal processing. Contract term : 12/1/2017 - 1/31/2023.
