Project No. 2026-CIMS(001)-CB-0024
1) The Credit Information Corporation (CIC) through the Corporate Budget for FY 2026
intends to apply the sum of Forty-Two Million, Nine Hundred Fifty Thousand and
00/100, Philippine Peso, (PhP42, 950, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the
Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the End-to-End Full Stack
Network and Infrastructure Support Services. Bids received in excess of the ABC
shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Credit Information Corporation (CIC) now invites bids for the End-to-End Full
Stack Network and Infrastructure Support Services. Delivery of the Goods is
required within thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
Bidders should have completed at least Five (5) years from the date of submission and
receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is
