Products or services: Construction of civil works The work involved in the tender is called “ENABLEMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF CAMARINES BATHROOMS, FLOOR -3, CITY COUNCIL BUILDING”. The works include the total execution of the Project that is delivered, including all the items specified or graphed on the plans and the complementary constructions. The objective of the project is the repair, maintenance and conditioning of the bathroom and dressing room area of ​​the town hall building, located on the -3 floor, with the purpose of improving the conditions of use for municipal officials. To do this, the replacement of taps in sinks and showers is contemplated, as well as the replacement of seals, siphons, etc. Additionally, the installation of phenolic panels is considered in the showers, the replacement of toilet seats and the repair of paint in the enclosures. Additionally, it includes the replacement of air extractors, the replacement of drainage grates in showers and the incorporation of bathroom accessories necessary for the proper functioning of space. Within the maintenance area, the installation of mirrors in the physical activity room should also be considered, in order to complement and improve the conditions of use of said space.
