Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is work on emptying and maintaining street garbage bins in the Bytom Commune. 2. The complex of tasks covered by the order is the fulfillment of obligations related to maintaining cleanliness and order on public roads and internal within the administrative boundaries of the city of Bytom, imposed on the Ordering Party in accordance with Art. 5 section 4 of the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities. 3. The subject of the order and the method of its implementation are specified in: a) Detailed Description Subject of the Order (hereinafter SOPZ) - Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, b) List of streets with the number of street garbage bins - Appendix No. 1.1 to the SWZ, c) Designed provisions of the contract - Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ.4. The Ordering Party sets hours for regular emptying of street bins to remove waste once a day at 08.00 (also on Sundays and holidays).5. The order will be carried out on the basis of the work schedule in accordance with Annex No. 1 of the SOPZ and Annex 1.1. List of streets with the number of street garbage bins. 6.
