Tetra Tech ES, Inc. is the prime implementer for Powering Agriculture: An Energy Grand Challenge for Development (PAEGC) initiative. Under this specific RFP Tetra Tech ES, Inc. (Tetra Tech) is seeking a U.S. entity to provide Empowerment Training services. The entity will shall provide the personnel and resources for implementation of an Empowerment Training program for innovative companies working in the clean energy-agriculture nexus.
