The WCB is inviting your firm to submit a Proposal for the following: To provide research services, including surveys and focus groups, for the purpose of collecting, analyzing, and presenting data in a meaningful format for use by the WCB in developing its goals and policies, identifying key areas for improvement, and enhancing the delivery of the services to WCB-covered employers.Description of ServicesThe WCB requires the Contractor to perform the following services: a. Annual Employer SurveyI. The Contractor shall conduct a telephone survey, in English or French, on an annual basis, representative of all employers who are covered by the WCB, regardless of whether they have had a claim or not. Each October, the WCB will provide a data set of approximately twenty-eight thousand (28, 000) employer names and telephone numbers, via a secure mechanism to the Contractor. A randomized stratified sample of small, medium, and large employers must be selected by the Contractor to ensure a representative sample and the Contractor will complete approximately four hundred and fifty (450) interviews, with the majority conducted over the telephone, and approximately ten percent (10%) conducted online, depending on the employer's preference (the "Annual Employer Survey").II.
