The selected vendor will deliver an integrated, scalable solution that combines a configurable technology platform, advanced data analytics, and program administration services to engage a diverse employee population across departments, worksites, and health plans.The Countyrequiresa mature, market-proven platform that supports multi-level customization, including department- and population-specific portals, and enables seamless integration with third-party systems, devices, and applications. The platform must support the County-s proprietary health risk assessment and provide robust, real-timeand custom reporting capabilities, including the ability to delivertimely, accurate, and granular data to meet compliance, evaluation, and incentive program requirements. Vendors mustdemonstratethe ability to support complex program structures, including segmentation by health plan, department, and eligibility group.In addition to technology, the County requires the ability to deliver and/or coordinate onsite wellness services, including health coaching, fitness classes, and other wellbeingsupport, integrated through the platform to ensurea cohesiveparticipant experience and centralized program management.
