Employee survey The police's joint services (PFT), hereafter referred to as the client, must enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of an employee survey. On the basis of previous years' procurements, it can be estimated, without binding on the client, a total probable scope of approx. NOK 3 million ex. VAT during the contract period including options. It is reserved that, due to unforeseen events or major changes in the client's needs, a greater need may arise for the products than probable estimate. The reservation is estimated to be able to increase the scope up to an estimated value of NOK 4.5 million ex. VAT The client will enter into an agreement with 1 supplier. It is a legal requirement in the Working Environment Act that the employer must have overview and be able to map employees' working environment. An employee survey and working environment survey for the entire agency fulfills the legal requirement and is a good development tool for managers in developing a good and productive working environment. The supplier agreement shall offer solid professional expertise and experience in this area both when it comes to carrying out and analyzing major investigations and consultancy assistance. The examinations are usually carried out at fixed intervals, although it must also be possible to carry out smaller ones limited investigations in periods. The police have a need for various types of employee surveys/working environment surveys. The investigations are personal, and each employee in the Police must receive an individual link.
