Employee survey Region Gotland intends to procure a system support to be able to carry out an annual employee survey and carry out an unlimited number of heart rate measurements. The system must also support the processing of results, for example action plans. The assignment includes, together with Region Gotland, planning and carrying out the annual employee survey for all of the organization's employees. The survey constitutes the organisation's psychosocial protection round. Regardless of whether it is about annual examination or heart rate measurements, questions asked must be quality assured based on evidence-based research.
