The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit competitive proposals from qualified employee benefits consulting and administrative services firms to provide comprehensive benefits consulting, financial analysis, vendor management, compliance support, and related employee benefits services for Clay County Utility Authority (CCUA).CCUA is an independent special district and local governmental entity within the State of Florida with approximately 200 employees. CCUA currently maintains a fully insured employee benefits program for approximately 200 employees, representing approximately 330 covered lives including enrolled dependents. The benefits program includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Health Savings Accounts (HSA), and supplemental insurance coverage. CCUA currently utilizes Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and Benefits Administration modules for employee and benefits administration functions.CCUA seeks a knowledgeable and service-oriented partner with demonstrated experience supporting Florida public sector employers, municipalities, utilities, and special districts.
