The City of Portsmouth, acting on behalf of The Coakley Landfill Group (CLG) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide preliminary design and piloting of a PFAS treatment/mitigation process for groundwater and surface water for the Coakley Landfill Superfund Site (Site). Proposals for the Project Title are to be submitted via the Citys e-Procurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofportsmouth. Proposals will be accepted until Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date.Engineering firms that are not currently prequalified may apply through the NHDES online application process.
