The RFQ is for oral solicitations to contract for emergency tree removal workIAW RFO FAR Part 12.201 Solicitation procedures. 12.201-1 Simplified procedures. (c) Method. To promote competition to the maximum extent practicable— (2) For acquisitions at or below the SAT, the contracting officer may choose to solicit quotations directly from suppliers.
