SUPPLIER ENGAGEMENT WEBINAR A supplier engagement webinar will take place on 5 May 2026. If suppliers wish to participate in this webinar, they should register their interest by 12.00 on 1 May 2026. Interested suppliers should register interest by emailing [email protected]. The Emergency Services Mobile Communications Programme (ESMCP) will brief registered suppliers on forthcoming tender activity and timelines as well as desired procurement outcomes and framework arrangements. Suppliers will have the opportunity to ask written questions during the webinar or by 17.00 on 11 May 2026. All questions and answers will be shared on an anonymised basis. Signature of a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be needed before participation in the tender or any preliminary market engagement activity, including this webinar, where one doesn-t already exist. If a relevant NDA is not already in place, please request an NDA document when registering interest. PROCUREMENT DESCRIPTION SUMMARY The procurement will contract for commercially available off‑the‑shelf (COTS) mobile communication devices to be developed by successful suppliers to meet ESN technical, security and public safety requirements, in order to achieve ESN certification.
