Tenders are invited for Emergency Response to Improve Access to Basic Needs and Healthcare for Most Affected IDPS and Host Communities in oPt

Required Skills

Degree in health, public health, health management or anthropology and/or at least 7 years of relevant experience

Expertise in mental health promotion and clinical treatment approaches and MHPSS approaches

At least 5 years- experience in program coordination, design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation

At least 3 years- experience in the evaluation and/or implementation of health interventions.

At least 2 external evaluations of public health programs.

Knowledge of the health and socio-political context in the Middle East region.

Professional experience in the Occupied Palestinian Territory is a strong asset.

Good oral and written communication skills.

Ability to manage time and resources and work to tight deadlines.

Publications or research work in public health in the Middle East are an asset.

Excellent command of English and Arabic

References for previous evaluation work must be provided.
