Brief description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is the emergency performance of current repairs, maintenance and renovations of property owned by the Polkowice commune as part of the budget tasks: Purchase of renovation services and municipal services. The scope of work includes: 1. dismantling wooden elements(e.g. in benches, pergolas, platforms, etc.), 2. removing metal elements (e.g. fence panel with a metal post, mesh, gate, etc.), 3. dismantling plastic elements (e.g. HDPE bars, etc.) .),, 4. dismantling small architectural devices (e.g. basket, display case, stand, ground, bench, beater, etc.),, 5. painting wooden elements twice (e.g. in benches, pergolas, platforms, etc.),, 6. painting structures and metal elements twice (e.g. fence panel, post, basket, display case, bicycle stand, beater, etc.), 7. painting the facade twice, plastered surfaces,, 8. supplementation of walls, brick and concrete walls,, 9. supplementation of external plaster,, 10. supplementation of mineral surfaces, i.e. sand, gravel, etc. in missing places,, 11. replacement of ceramic elements in the coverings of lights, etc. ., 12. replacement of 1 m2 of elements of shingles...
