In the Lapland Welfare Area, the Stay and Play Mobile Simulator and E-learning software, provided by Breathe Mobile Solutions Oy, is used in the Lapland Welfare Area. The software has previously been in use in the West Ostrobothnia Hospital District and the agreement for it is the operation of the welfare areasAt the start of the Lapland welfare area. The software has become well established in the welfare area as part of the in -service training of paramedics. The ongoing training entities in the wellbeing area are built on software, And the transition to a new platform without a transition would cause significant interruptions to emergency care training and endanger the continuity of staff skills. The current training program could not be explored if the software used in the training would change at the end of the contract period.The value of the acquisition is EUR 28, 000 per year.
