1. first aid kit/pouch with contents (1 pc of 4 inches elastic bandage, 5 pcs 4 x 4 gauze pad, 500ml alcohol,
60ml povidone iodine, 1pc of 1" micropore tape)
2. PPE kit/pouch with contents (3 pcs N95 dust mask, 1 pc poncho and 1 pair safety googles)

- Expiration dates must not be earlier that 18 months upon delivery
- Must have multiple pockets: at least 6 in total: two (2) outside left and right, one (1) front pocket,
one (1) document pocket and two (2) multipurpose pockets inside the bag.
- Must be water proof/resistant and with reflectors around the bag and on each strap for high visibility.
- Must have a printed "Go Bag" label at the front.
