"The Local Government Unit of Pangil, Laguna intends to procure the goods for “Emergency Food and Non-Food Assistance"" with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) amounting to Three Hundred Forty Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Five Pesos (PhP349, 855.00).
This procurement will be undertaken through Small Value Procurement in accordance with Section 34.1 of the New Government Procurement Act, and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 12009."
