Item1: ( 909 - 33 ) The purpose of this contract is to provide monitoring services of debris removal projects in the territory of the United States Virgin Islands which has been declared under a state of emergency or declared a disaster area by the Governor of the United States of the Virgin Islands. The Debris Monitor shall provide all equipment and tools necessary to monitor progress on debris removal projects. The quantity of Debris Monitors shall be determined by the Department of Public Works. The Debris Monitor shall oversee all debris removal activities, work environments, and procedures to ensure the safety of the public and government personnel and property exposed to debris removal operations and activities
