Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the EM worksas Prime Contractor shall be 5 years.2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor orManagement Contractor in Electromechanical works of at least 01 contract of similar worksuccessfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh, of a value of at least Tk. 6.50 lac (i) In case ofthe work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be theconcerned Executive Engineer, under whom the work has been executed. (ii) In case of thework done under any Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organizationother than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of ExecutiveEngineer.3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 8.00 lac overthe last 05 years.4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of theTenderer shall be Tk. 10.00 lac. Document of Liquid Assets submitted along with the tendermust be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.5. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: Tk. 8.00 lac.6. Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or belowthe official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.7. Up to date ABC/BC category contractor and supervisory license from electricitylicensing board, Government of the People-s Republic of Bangladesh for E/M work mustbe submitted.
