Emergences North and South of Melun Station Work to be carried out within the framework of this Single Contract for all trades: - creation of a Passenger Building north of Melun Station, including new areas on the square, commercial premises and operations, offices, -creation of several retaining walls including railway retaining walls. -development of the new underpass (carried out by previous contract), including CFo-CFa and secondary works. -Creation of an emergence south of the station. -Demolition and reconstruction of a staircase leading to the existing underground passage. Renovation work on the existing underpass (CFo-CFa and secondary work) Essential tasks required for work relating to construction in reinforced concrete, work on metal frames and wooden frames and secondary wooden frame structures.
