Tender Details

The Central Highlands Regional Council (CHRC) requires a suitable Contractor to undertake works on the runway strip and drainage of the Emerald Airport. The work includes earthworks and landscaping to bring the runway strip into compliance with the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) Manual of Standards Part 139 - Aerodromes (MOS P139), the Emerald Airport CASA Part 139 Aerodrome Manual (YEML Aerodrome Manual) and the project specific requirements set out in the Annexure documents.
