Invitation to Bid for the EMBANKMENT OF THE FRONT OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING
1. The Barangay Agutayan of Buug, through the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of FIVE HUNDRED THIRTY FIVE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY SIX PESOS & 80/100 only((535, 986.80 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the EMBANKMENT OF THE FRONT OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING Agutayan)
. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Agutayan of Buug now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required
27 days, Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
