1. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources - Environmental Management Bureau - Region VIII (DENR-EMB-R VIII), through the General Appropriation Act of 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Forty Thousand Pesos (Php 1, 040, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery and Commissioning of Automotive Gas Analyzer - 2nd Posting. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
Notice of Award will be issued upon receipt of Special Allotment Release Order (SARO) from the Department of Budget and Management (DBM).
2. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources - Environmental Management Bureau - Region VIII (DENR-EMB-R VIII) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
