The Department of Environment and Natural Resources - Environmental Management Bureau - Region VIII (DENR-EMB-R VIII), through the General Appropriation Act of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 2, 200, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery and Commissioning of 1 unit US EPA Automated Equivalent Method Portable Real-Time Beta Gauge PM10 Monitoring Equipment Including Cellular Modem; Cloud Data Service Package. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
