This Request for Proposal (“the RFP”) issued by Contact North | Contact Nord, is an invitation by Contact North | Contact Nord to prospective Proponents to submit non-binding educational priced Proposals for the provision of eMail Communication and Distribution Services, as further described in Part 2 - The Deliverables (the “Deliverables”).Contact North| Contact Nord intends to select one Proponent, offering all the Deliverables in accordance with the terms and conditions of the RFP. This RFP solicitation is intended to result in the award of an Agreement for a two-year (2) year period, with the option to renew for an additional two (2) years.The Proponent must meet the following Mandatory Minimum Requirements:A minimum of ten (10) years- experience in email distribution services. Secure online database management system hosted in Canada. Ability to provide detailed analytics on each distribution as per specifications. Minimum of 2 available graphic designers with 3+ years experience in designing email communications.The Preferred Proponent will be selected in accordance with the Evaluation of Proposals and invited to enter into an Agreement with Contact North | Contact Nord for the provision of the Deliverables on an “if, as and when requested” basis.
