This is the Energy renovation of ELTE Lagymanyos Campus South Block Building in the framework of a business contract.Energy efficiency, enhancement of energy saving. According to the technical content of the design concept, the expected annual primary energy consumption decrease: 10, 500 000 kWh/year Investment is the Eoetvoes Lorand University Lagymanyosi Campus South Block (Pieze) section 1117 Budapest, Pazmany PeterPromenade 1/C. Hrsz.: It is aimed at renovating and modernizing the energy efficiency of its building under 4082/31. The main mass of the building affected by the investment is cellar, ground floor + 8-storey, 8 floor plan; to the western side ofTwo -storey wings (pie) are connected. The characteristics of the exterior appearance of the building are provided by a mesh, red covering window allocation and brick panel of architectural elements surrounding the cubes. The southern block was built on the pattern of the northern block completed in 1998, which is designedIstvan Manyi (Rt. Between Rt.) And Miklos Kiss (Iparterv Rt.).
