It is the intention of the Village to prequalify General Contractors with experience in the construction, start-up and commissioning of water treatment plants and raw water pumping system. The Prequalification is the first of a two-stage procurement process. The first stage involves selecting Qualified Respondents that meet the requirements of the Prequalification, and the second stage involves inviting those Qualified Respondents to submit Tenders that will be issued at a later date by the Village. Submissions shall be received through the Bids and Tenders - Online Bidding System, up to 2:00 p.m. (CST) on August 12, 2026. Submissions submitted after the Online Bidding System closing time will not be accepted by the Online Bidding System. Submissions that do not include all Mandatory Criteria items will not be accepted by the Online Bidding System.
