INVITATION TO BID PROCUREMENT OF SOLAR SYSTEM KITS e-Learning Jamaica Company Limited, an agency of the Ministry of Education, Skills, Youth and Information, invites bids for the supply of solar system kits by lot. Bidders may submit bids for a maximum of two lots. Bid reference number: ELJ2026-SolarSystemKits ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS To be considered eligible at the time of tender opening, your tender must include the following: • Copy of a valid Tax Compliance Certificate • Proof of current registration with the Public Procurement Commission / NCC in the category of Electrical Appliance and Equipment • Bid Security valuing JMD $200, 000 Tender documents that do not comply with all the above requirements will be deemed non-responsive. SCOPE OF WORK Supply and installation of solar systems kits along with maintenance and warranty support. AVAILABILITY OF DOCUMENTS This is an online Tender where tender documents, clarifications and bid submission will only be made available and accepted via the electronic Government Procurement Portal (www.gojep.gov.jm).
