INVITATION TO BID PROCUREMENT OF DIGITAL AIDED DRAWING LAPTOPS FOR SCHOOLS e-Learning Jamaica Company Limited, an Agency of the Ministry of Science, Energy and Technology (MSET), requests bids for the supply of 2, 640 laptops. Bid reference number: EELJ2025-DADLaptops ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS To be considered eligible at the time of tender opening, your tender must include the following: • Copy of a valid Tax Compliance Certificate • Proof of current registration with the Public Procurement Commission / NCC in any category of: o Computers and Related Services o Computers, Computer Equipment, Parts AND Supplies o Information Technology Services • Bid Security valuing JMD $200, 000 Devices are eligible for Microsoft Shape the Future Program Discount. Tender documents that do not comply with all the above requirements will be deemed non-responsive. SCOPE OF WORK Supply of laptops, maintenance, and warranty support. AVAILABILITY OF DOCUMENTS This is an online Tender where tender documents, clarifications and bid submission will only be made available and accepted via the electronic Government Procurement Portal (www.gojep.gov.jm).
