Products or services: Elevator maintenance services The purpose of this public tender is to contract the monthly preventive maintenance service of the elevators installed in the Local Prosecutor's Office of Alto Hospicio and in the Local Prosecutor's Office of the Tamarugal, both dependent on the Tarapacá Regional Prosecutor's Office, for a period of twenty-four 24 months, with the purpose of ensuring the correct functioning, operational continuity, reliability and safety of said equipment, in accordance with Law NO 20, 296, Supreme Decree NO 22, of 2009, of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, and other applicable current technical regulations. The service will include the execution of all preventive maintenance activities, inspection, review, adjustment, lubrication, cleaning, functional tests and other services established in the Technical Bases, the contractor must maintain the equipment in optimal operating conditions throughout the duration of the contract, ensuring the continuity of the service and safety of officials, users and third parties who attend institutional units.
