1. ADDENDUM TO SECTION L (INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS FAR 52.212-1):
(4) Price Quote: The Offeror shall submit complete and accurate pricing for each CLIN listed in the schedule to include the unit price, the extended price for each line item, and a total price in US Dollars ($). Offerors shall provide complete pricing for all CLINs (excluding CLINs X010 - X011 and associated SubCLINs).
a. All Options CLINs must be priced (excluding CLINs X010 - X011 and associated SubCLINs). CLINs X010 - X011 and associated SubCLINs, and all equivalent Option Year CLINs associated are Non-Standard Parts and are Not-Separately-Priced (NSP) at the base contract level. Pricing for these parts will be negotiated as Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) at the individual Task Order level following a Fair and Reasonable Determination.
b. Offerors shall insert 'NSP' in the unit price and total amount fields for CLINs X010 - X011 and associated SubCLINs, and all equivalent Option Year CLINs. Do not propose any baseline prices, percentage markups, or hourly labor rates for these CLINs in your quote. All parts and labor for these requirements are NSP at contract award, and will be negotiated post-award on an individual
FFP Task Order basis IAW PWS Section 8.7.1.
