The North Ostrobothnia welfare area (Pohde) tenders elevator maintenance services. The procurement is divided into two sub-areas as follows: Sub-area 1: Elevator maintenance of OYS2030 new buildings Sub-area 2: Elevator maintenance of other properties owned by Pohti The tender can leave from one or more sub-areas. The targets of the procurement are the following units of the welfare area:- Oulu University Hospital- Psychiatry, Peltola area- Oulaskankaa Hospital, Oulainen Elevator maintenance is carried out for the elevators listed in the appendix (appendix 1a, 1b and 1c) in accordance with sections "General contract conditions for elevator maintenance HISSI-YSE 1998" (sections 1-4). Maintenance and repair work must comply with the regulations, official regulations and work safety instructions in force in the EU region and in Finland at any given time. Elevators are maintained and checked at regular intervals and comply with e.g. the following instructions:• General contract conditions for elevator maintenance HISSI-YSE 1998" (sections 1-4)• Finnish Safety and Chemicals Agency, TUKES instruction 21/2020 Elevator maintenance, changeovers and repairs • Trade and Decision of the Ministry of Industry on the introduction and use of electrically operated elevators 663/96 and amendment 31/2003• Elevator Safety Act 1134/2016• Electrical Safety Act 1135/2016 The supplier follows the equipment manufacturer's maintenance instructions. The contract period is 1.9.2026-31.8.2029 and the option is 1.9.2029-31.8.2030.
